US X-Port?
I live in the US and own WE6: International and was wondering if I bought an X-Port if anyone knew of a website that had WE6:I files, it would save me from modding my PS2.

Sorry but I haven't heard of any.
Maybe you can get together with some fellow WE6:I players and make some. Are you thinking of making the US league teams or something like that?
