Team doesnt buy new players

Hi guys

My player now plays for Valencia and we just won the europa league as well as champion league. during the off-season period, however, my team just doesn't buy any single player. Anyone got some ideas for this?? Its boring to play with the same squad. the transfer frequency i set is normal and it cant be changed anymore.

transfer to a new team .....
i played for chelsea and they are still playing with almost the same squad ....
some players aged 33-35 ....
