Face scan: Cannot import anymore photos

I've been searching all over, not just on this forum for an answer to my problem so I'm resorting to starting a new thread.

Basically, I'm onto page 3/3 of photos on the face scan photo selection screen.
The third page only has 4 photos on it, out of a possible 9 spaces, but everytime I click on 'Create from scratch', a message pops up saying "Cannot import anymore photos'.

There is clearly space for at least another 5 photos, and I can't find anyone anywhere who also has this problem. Is there a limit to the amount of photos you can import into the face scanning bit?

Any actual useful help is much appreciated.
