Game menu is laging

Processor: AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 3000+, MMX, 3DNow, ~1.8GHz
Memory: 1024MB RAM
Card name: SAPPHIRE Radeon X1550
Display Memory: 256.0 MB

I got problem, when i start playing PES2010 game starts lagging (i just don't know other word) menu lag, sub-menu lag, once i tried my patience and started match, but still lag..
I played game on this pc earlier with a bit of lag, but not in menu!

I cleaned my pc so, there is no dust on procesor
