2010 FIBA World Championship
No offense, I know that Britain is challenged basketball-wise, but I expected some sort of discussion on this given that the NBA (which is as exciting as watching paint dry at times) thread has thousands of posts.
Notice how I waited until Turkey reached the final to start a discussion on this. We're playing the US tomorrow and we don't stand a chance unless we have 10 players on court at all times. Given the fact that the game is 20 hours after the semi final game our not so professional players will be much more tired compared to their robotic physiqued American counterparts.
Overall, Lithuania, Durant, Scola and Teodosic are having/had a good tournament. I like international basketball, it's fun and easy to watch and some of the games are literally as tight as a nun's anus.
I hope we will win tomorrow and I'll have something to gloat about amidst Americans.
