ML transfer prices

I started a master league game and player prices were low eg Forlan 3m odd Malouda 3m odd when i bid for the players it costs about 9m to sign them. Right now after applying the official update patch 1.2? i think the prices went up to the players being worth over 10m and cost about 50m roughly to buy, after applying official patch 1.3 the player prices have gone back down to what they were originally is this normal?

when was patch 1.3 released?

Oh is this for PC?

Don't think it should be like that. I have 1.3 installed and players are still as high as in RL to buy. Had a bid for Pelaz (Default ML youth player) for 35 mil coz he had a great season and got in the team of the year even though his stats are about 75.

I believe patch 1.3 was a bug fix patch where they didn't drastically change anything.
