Question about the update (base copying)

Hi everyone I am new to this community, nice to be here. After reading through pages of topics to see if I gathered enough info, I have a few questions about base copying.

1. From what I have read, is base copying going to the create a player section and base copying an already existing player so that in case they get deleted in an update, they are kept in the game after the DLC? (ex. ronaldinho)

2. If so, I want to ask you guys what I should do, right now, I currently deleted my data pack 3.0 (meaning I have the default roster) so I can get Raul back in the game. My plan is that after I make my base copy, I can download the DLC + download an option file with EPL emblems etc. Now my question is, if I download an option file, would my base copied players be deleted? If so, what choices do I have? My original plan was just to make an offline ML team with raul, ronaldinho etc. <- is that the only choice I have now?

3. What famous players are removed in all of the DLC ? So far I can only think of Ronaldinho, Raul, Gary Neville, did I miss anyone else?

4. AND this is redundant, but I just wanna make sure, is ronaldo and roberto carlos still in the game after the DLC? They are legends and one of my fav players, and I must base copy them if they do get removed!

Sorry for the long read, I hope someone get give me answers to these questions, even if they are short answers. Thanks for your time everyone

1. Yes
2. You would lose any editing/base copying you have done, most option file makers would have base copied those players though
3. Theres a thread on here somewhere which list which players to base copy you could go through those
4. They were not removed as the Libertadores sides were not updated
