It's been a while since the last mafia wars variant - which as we know petered out to something of a damp squib.

Now seems like a good time to start one to provide a distraction from a lot of the nonsense that's gone on recently.

The theme for this game and - as usual - the title are out for tender.

I'm in for sure.

The last Western War was really quite excellent until Dragonfly and Smudge ruined the whole thing, the theme was great and got everyone into the Western mood.

I'll think of a title soon if I can.

Just check the threads of the first couple of wars... then there is some role definition in this thread...

Looks like around 12 players already, better up take then I expected. Seeing as the Triad theme has been mentioned a couple of times that will be the theme.

As for rules, I'll be streamlining them, there were too many last time.
