A Hall of Fame for Threads

I know we have a Hall of Fame for members (we should start inducting people into that again btw), so how about a Hall of Fame for threads as well?

It would allow people to look back at significant pieces of Pesinsight history, without having to search through various sub-forums, and would show newer members what made this site great/just about tolerable.

Anyway, any more thoughts on this? Also, what do people think of my suggestion of starting to induct people into the Hall of Fame again? I can certainly think of a few worthy candidates.

I'm not really sure what Joel meant by his post but he might be referring to a thread that was made a while ago. We don't have a forum for Hall of Fame threads but I seem to remember a thread where people posted Hall of Fame worthy threads.

In terms of the Hall of Fame, it was discussed by the admins/mods a few months back but I'm not sure what's happening with it at the moment. It was decided by Sweey that only admins and mods would be able to vote for who should be inducted but maybe we'll change that now to allow the rest of the users to have a say.

I definitely like the idea.

A nice look back at the history of the site, and some of the hilarious threads that built it. Even looking back through for us, as well as new members would be funny. Fingers crossed many of the classics haven't been lost over time, as I think the Zygalski being arrested thread was accidently deleted by Hitman some years ago now.

Early contenders that spring to mind are Haribo's coming out of the closet, Divino1's greatest masterbator thread too I believe. Even the original Member Wars final was utterly crazy, it was dG vs. authority all over again, and even I was banned.
