how to get the colors?

ok guys how to get the colors of kits on our ps3?i mean how to transform the 256 g b r palette in pes 32 mode? tnx

for example, i take rgb color 120

step 1: 120/256 = 0,46875
step 2: 0,46875*32 = 15

for ingame fine tuning just try 14, 15 or 16 to get the perfect color.

but i have still a problem the colors on photoshop looks diferent then the one on ps3...how to fix it?
