Youth Team

Does anyone know how frequently the game provides you with new youth team players?

I completed my first season and haven't got any new ones having previously signed and released them all so that I get a 'fresh batch'.

I was waiting for that to happen in the middle of the 3rd season, and decided to make a save on the 31st of December, without autosave.
I noticed that you get always the same new players, several reborns with realistic stats, namely, but there is a chance that one player (in this case it was REISLASCH from Austria) is noticed by the coach. When you check his stats it will say something like "reminds me of "so and so (classic player)" and may one day be like him.

My very first try i got "reminds me of Diego"... yes... that Diego, and it was a 16 year old with a bunch of cards and 96 overall rating. Then i made several reloads. I would say i had about 40% chance of getting a "noticed" youngster, and although with more down to earth stats (most around 60-70 overall) i had a Riquelme, a Rui Costa, and several others (all AMF), i cold not relate to their real names.

I didn't keep a save with Diego, though... Maybe ill keep trying to reload him.

Ya i havnt had any overated youths in my own youth team, but i've seen Ambrosini 78 at 16 and Del Piero 84 at 17. The only player the coach noticed was stremmer who he said would be like Gallas but i didnt sign him. I signed nuno gomes 62 at 16 and was thinking of signing Diao a senegalese player DMF 70 at 16

i've seen litmanen at 16 but he had insane dribbling stats and i remember in pes 2011 another team in my ml had him and he was 100 when he was 25 so i hope theres not much change in his growth this year

Does your entire youth team get refreshed in January or just the slots that are left open from previous signings?
