I don't think so, although I never tried myself. I hope if we just change all the numbers at the end of the files from Bles01406 into 01407 for instance... If that would work?!

Anyone tried that?

It won't work. i even tried editing the files but no succes...

did you get around making the export for all the eredivisie players who where removed after the 1.01 update

No this won't work for PC as far as I know.

anybody planning on making U-21 teams? i'm thinking of replacing the classic teams with those countries' U-21 teams

i know that you dont take request but if you have bate or apoel or anzhi for bles 01407 can you export it?

No i don't have them. I wish i could find them. Maybe i'm gonna do anzhi in the future. other 2 teams probably not..
