Youth team refresh and roster count

Youth team is supposed to get refreshed in January, any one know which date? I signed like 5 or so players at beginning of season. I have 23 players in youth team going into January and I have not gotten any new youth player by then end of January? Anyone have any idea when or if I get new players ever?

January 1st. But that won't happen in your first season, only in the following ones.

I saw that thread, but since I was in my first season and saw no change to youth team I was like what the &%#$!
