Does ratings helps in player progress?
Does getting higher ratings for matches help to improve your BAL faster?

Think about it for a second or two. When you are getting 5.0 or 5.5 rating your chances of performing are close to 0 so you can't get match experience, you can't get to know how your team plays and obviously you'll progress much slower.

your raiting will only effect your teamwork and tenacity all other stats are down to training......
