Daymos , is it me or does the xbox360 version only let you save 3 team formations under data management save in formatioins ?? i remember the old pes you could save and load freely all teams formations and lineups as you wanted ! now pes2012 it seems you can only save upto 3 team formation / lineups then as u pick another team to play with and update the formation you have to copy over 1 of the 3 you have saved ? any way around this..

Just a question, how to identify the mapping of UNIFORM bin file to the exact team? I'm trying to copy over EPL and Bundesliga team uniform only in order to reduce the loading time...
E.g.
UNIFORM001-UNIFORM054 = EPL
UNIFORM055-UNIFORM102 = Bundesliga

Hi there..

In your option file you only need the 300 files that comes with v3 so get rid of the other files in your hard drive from v1 or v2 (obviously dont erase the things you need)

Then copy over the v3 files and loading times should be much greater

The system loads all 600 kits even if their not in use so its better that the system loads 300 kits to improve loading times..

Also you could try taking off auto save after every game or even installing the game into your Xbox 360 HD.



Failing all the above, I could try and get the kit numbers for you this weekend.

Hey mate.

This is a strange one.. I havent actually tried to save more than 1 on PES2012 mainly because the system isnt the most user friendly (well you could argue I haven't been bothered to learn)

I dont even use the on the fly tactics like I used to in the old PES games..

Back in the Henry, Bergkamp, Pires, days I used to change from all in defence to quick counter but over the years it felt less and less effective to the point where I dont use those features..

I just keep one tactic and change later manually if I need to when making a sub..


Just had an idea..

PES 2013 could use a feature called quick sub..

it allows you to make some changes within the game without loading up the whole substitution menu for example its just the players names you see as you cant check or compare stats (all that could have been checked at the beginning of the game).



Anyway ive strayed from your questions.. the answer is I dont know..

I have already turned off the auto save and removed the extra files. I'm using 4gb Xbox 360, can't install in there. Possible to help out here? Thanks a million, you're our rock star!

Are you able to see all the logos on the kits because on the 4gb model you usually can't

daymos, I'm able to see most of the kits (not sure it's all or not) after removing the stadium and related thumbnails. Basically, some files starting with T... (this does improve the loading speed, I'll pin point the stadium and install by preference)
P/s: initially some leagues icons were missing or some strange problem. IMHO it could be the swap memory is not enough in 4gb console?

So if I have V2 previously installed, does that mean I have to delete all 600-over files from V2 before installing V3? What's the difference if I don't delete V2? I noticed V3 only has 300+ files compared to 600+ in V2.

Hi Daymos:

First of all a big thank you for your tremendous effort in the PES editing World. I´ve just installed you V3 some days ago and it´s just superb.

I´ve edited Athletic Club of Bilbao (the team I support) with the stats of the pesstatsdatabase database, created the players left in the team, assigned their football boots (when available) and updated the both the formation and the tactical stuff.

I´d like to know if you´d like me to give you that work in order to add those to your future release of the OF.

BTW, is there any way of making all the editing stuff with any kind of software, or is it required to do all the editing stuff manually? And another question: Is there any way that I could add the changes that I´ve applied to a future version of your OF, withouth re-writing the changes you´ve applied?

Excuse me for mi total ignorance in the PESediting World, but, could you explain me how should I do that?

And another question: If I do that will it save the teams edited by myself, so I could aplly them into a future OF (I mean, will I import my saved team into the new OF, and it will "create" both the new players created by me and all the boots and formation stuff)?

I downloaded Version 3 a few weeks ago when you first released it. only the mblems for southampton and cardiff on the npower section are correct but everything else is fine. I think i saw a twitter conversation a few weeks ago with somebody with a similar problem but i didnt get to see the end of the conversation? How did he rectify this. Do i need to download again and redo the install??
