Cannot sign regen players

Hi

I'm 4 seasons into my master league, and have extra cash, easier to sign players,and start with proper team enabled. I've also bought all the extra players and signed a lot of them.

The issue is with regen players such as Chigrat, Giggs, Del Piero, Inzaghi etc. It will not let me sign them at all, even after three seasons of them being in the game.

Anyone else have this problem and/or a solution.
