you get 4 commentary languages with the US version: English (US) French (Canadian) Spanish (Latin American) Portuguese (Brailian) if you want greek commentating announcers you'll have to import a European Union version of the game.

i had this bug too, all i did to stop it was either add chants to the team i was playing against in the edit mode or change it to preset, and it was fixed.
