    Yeah you have to configure it before you play, but that takes less than a minute. Personally I have black as RB and white as LT, makes it easier to change strategies/do super cancel.

    I bought one last week, it's excellent. I prefer it to the PS2 pad which I find too small and it's a lot better than the Xbox 1 controller because the black + white buttons are up on the shoulders. Money well spent.
