Hey man, this would be the perfect option file if you just did the National Teams. I don't like Vons and most others cause they create things. My concept of the perfect option file is just the one that has all teams in the game with there licensed kit, and just let the konami updates do the rest.

Latin American Champions League Hey Von, great work man, just wondering if there is any chance of you taking some time to make the teams of the Copa Libertadores which is the champions league in Latin America. At least the champion of this year which is La Liga de Quito from Ecuador.
