This is right; it stays legal as long as it isn't publicly distributed.

EA Sports have an exclusive lecense to the EPL, which only allows Konami to individually license 2 teams.

I've not experienced any lag or bugs (other than the one above), so edit mode improvements is what I'm waiting on, but bugs and lag are definitely more important.

Has anybody else notice that the England home strip screws up when it gets untucked? (This is on the Xbox 360 version). It kind of blurs with the shorts at the back.

Konami seem to have pulled off the strange trick of nailing the harder parts (gameplay), which FIFA struggles with, and completely f*****g up the easy parts, which shouldn't be any trouble to implement, and existed in previous versions (such as the inability to choose a custom starting ML team)...
