I may have this wrong but i don't think League B is actually anything, there yours to edit as you see fit, check out some of the OF files going around.

Ok, so do you think if i use Liam Kenyons OF as this has alll the edits (except SPL i could ever want) and then add to it. Do you just select one of the Teams in B League in Edit Mode and then load up the SPL/German Kits and then Change names and edit Stats. I've tried the bebo SPL OF but...

Just a silly one, will the new file overwrite the likes of 'Liam Kenyons' option file (the most amazing option file i've ever seen). That would suck.
