What Lami said. It has nothing to do with 'general aggressiveness', it just refers to how often the player makes attacking runs. You want this to be LOW for most defensive types, higher for attackers.
No... TBH I am not really pumped for the game or anything, I might not even buy it until summer.. it's just that I used to think there were ten million things wrong with PES but have mostly sorted it out by learning little tricks and techniques and I think I enjoy the game more for it...
Sorry, but you're full of crap. The AI does not "make him do well because the model only applies to humans". That is absolute rubbish, my friend. You are doing something wrong. PES is not an easy game to learn and I've had my controller tossing moments too. But if you see C Ronaldo do a perfect...
The computer plays the game with all the same tools as you. If this is happening it is probably just good positioning.
Do you really think that in a game where not more than one player can be fully controlled at once, even by the AI on the opposing team, there is some kind of secret cheating...
Whaaaat are you talking about?
PES uses a physics engine. It doesn't have some kind of weird mathematical model that is unique for every possible encounter. You push left on the control, the game makes your character's foot move left, and then that foot's textures impact with the textures of...
........
And you take that to mean he made it so Norway has some weird AI favoring script when it plays Brazil?
You're crazy.
And no, the computer doesn't cheat. It just plays very well at times. The ball is governed by ball physics, not some weird AI-assisted script.
The stuff about it being more arcadey and more 'free flowing' and dribbling being easier has me a little freaked out. PES6 already seemed to favor dribbling and it seemed too fast.
Thanks for the post Pacman, I do see where you are coming from and why you are frustrated. I don't mean to suggest you are some newb, sorry if it came off that way, and yeah I get frustrated with the game too.
It's just that every single year a bunch of people crop up to tell us why the new...
I'm guessing your style is to pass it all the way forward until you hit their back line then hope that your team mate makes some magic run through the D line and get frustrated when he doesn't. Of course an L1 pass will put him offside. You told him to run offside.
I do wish they'd implement...
I agree that the game needs improving in ways, but I also think that people would rather complain than improve themselves and learn the game's subtleties. I think you are exaggerating how good you are at the game in order to try to bolster your opinion here. Simply put, you are definitely not...
Yes I agree with this. This is a feature of ALL game design though and it's not going away.
You seem to have a good handle on your perspective. Every year though these boards are inundated with whining about how horribly bad the new version of PES is, and it's usually because people cannot...
