hmm, since you did reinstall the game, i think the problem lies elsewhere... did you install anything new? new drivers? new hardware... maybe just before the crashing started you changed some settings?... do you have problems with other games? gfx glitches? you might wonna clean the...

I actually found a solution to it Kuja... I installed the 2005 wolf furry patch, and it apparently replaced any corrupt files I had with good ones. game just launches normally now, and I enjoy it quite a lot ;)

I installed patch 1.10 and it just doesn't work. Tried renaming the intro file as well, but that was never a problem, it's when I click "start the match" the game just crashes... could it be a corrupt file on the dvd? I just don't know anymore... I'm pissed :(

well I actually reinstalled my pc with winxp without SP2, still crashing :( !!!

im running win xp sp2... :( hope that is not the problem

just rename the intro movie file, and you can start without it...

I've just recently installed PES4 on my pc. I can start the exe just fine, and browse the menu's. But every time I startup a game, it gives me some kind of stadium with a loading disc image, and then the game crashes to my desktop. all my drivers are up to date. I've tried with the 1.0...
