Ok so i started a masterleague season on Amature difficulty and it was just too easy ... i was just winning virtually every game in my first season. So i restarted on regular and the difference was a slap in the face. I can defend ok and rarely conceed a goal, but scoring and retaining...

Thanks for the info :) I think i'll restart - this season has just been just way too easy - I've only lost one game. As a result i have earned a ton of cash (and barely spent any in the mid-season transfer window).

I'm new to the PES games so when I started a master league I set both the difficulty settings to the second easiest. It seemed about right difficulty when i started, but as i've gotten better at the game (and purchased better players mid-season) its gotten far too easy. I'm coming to the end...
