Just looking at the files that the british patch updates or modifies, these are located within the cd. For example d:\program files\konami\pro evolution soccer 4\dat\0_sound.afs etc (where d:\ is the cdrom drive). So am i right in thinking that you should be able to patch these files, copy them...
