If i borrowed my friends 'backup' copy of pes2008 and put that straight into my pc, would i be able to rip the iso from that straight onto my desktop with NERO or IMGBURN? Or would I need a different type of software? Would it then be ready to start patching straight away?

I understand that you need your xbox chipped or 'flashed' but what i dont understand is why doesn't anyone just sell copies of there edited/ patched burt discs? shorley this would be easier way around all the complicated ways. Please help me understand this one.
