1.Open bootpack with winrar then extract unnamed_4429 and unnamed 4560 to desktop 2.Open 0_text.afs(C;/program files/pro evolution soccer 5/dat/0_text) in Game Graphic Studio 3.Import the unnamed_4429.bin in bootpack folder over the one already in you 0_text 4.Do the same for unnamed_4560.str...
