Does anyone know how to volley first time as it is crossed to your player? Because every time I want a nice powerful volley into the net I end up with some stupid weak header which is incredibly annoying. I only ever manage to actually volley the ball once in a blue moon. Also if anyone knows...

I know the set play you're talking about, typical Paul Scholes territory. I'm not sure either how to directly pass to a person outside the area from the corner so he can volley it first time. I'd love to know.

Yeah but you won't be actually "in charge" of the defense will you. More like tackling anyone who gets near the box then passing it along

Yeah that's an option I guess but I just can't be bothered. Building up those stats from a 17 year old was painstaking enough, I don't think I could do it all again. I'm only 21 in the game now and it feels like I've played hundreds of matches.

Is player cam the one you start as by default when you first play BAL? I found it too hard because of the sharp 90 degree angle camera turns it did, really confusing.

Yeah I always wondered that, gutted also. They didn't really make it clear enough at the start anyway as people just want to plow through and start playing this new mode. They should of made the English, Italian, Spanish and French leagues start by default as they are the most popular leagues...

Normal wide I would suggest, it let's you see enough players to allow you to pass timely and accurately whereas closer cams give you lesser time to react when a player comes charging at you from off the cam view

No lag! I'm completely put off from playing online, especially when you're put into a ranked match where the other team is teleporting all over the pitch.

One more question regarding this kinda subject, does anyone know how to aim for the near post? Like when it just squeezes past the goalkeeper while he gets a hand to it but it still goes over the line. I thought this was a nice little addition to the series but can only seem to do it by accident.
