I don't think that this should be a problem. However, I had the same problem as you did. The "From a different user" thing... What I did was that I downloaded the latest data package from the PES2011 head menu (it is in the Edit menu when you play the game if I remember it correctly)...

I have tried to install this latest updates and it worked. I just removed the previous edit data I had and copied The Dude's edit data. It works and it includes the Npower/Championship.

All right. So here is how I understood you: 1. Install 0.5 version. 2. Go to PES menu and download latest patch. 3. Install 0.8 version. 4. Erase previous Edit data 5. Copy the 0.8 Edit data. So this should work? Or did I misunderstand you? Thanks!

The CDUNE option file does work with the latest DLC patch (1.02). I do not know if The Dude's option file works because I have not installed it yet, but I am 99% sure that it does work.
