    I agree. FIFA used to have this in the glory days. Back on FIFA 95 on the Mega-Drive I remember being able to press the buttons for different sound effects, like "GGGOOOOOAAAAAAAAALLLLL" and various firework sound effects. Was a fun element to the game.

    Very promising press release. A lot of this isn't massively surprising, but the key thing is how "on the ball" konami are. Whether this is the year or not, they are taking huge leaps in the right direction.

    Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Doesn't show enough to warrant the word "trailer". This is a teaser trying to cram too much in! Disappointing release. The screenshots show a lot of promise though.

    You can use the Broadcasting camera mode, I believe that changes tilts and zooms more like a real TV camera. Problem is that it's not quite as playable. The camera tilt on the default camera was perfect.

    but in my opinion, the camera tilt made every bit of difference to the gameplay. You could see what was going on around you much better and get a clearer view of goal - you could actually see whereabouts in the net the ball landed too.

    Excellent point. I imagine if you'd never heard music before it would be a revolutionary thing. Maybe that's the case here. ;) Doesn't go without saying how much better the music is on 09 than anything else they've released to date though!

    Yeah I'm with you on this. I remain hopeful, but not expecting a result like I have been tricked into for the past 2-3 years. On the other hand, they do appear to be backing up their usual bullshit pretty well this year.
