it depense on your position. if your a MF and dont pass or pass but not accurate, its lickly you wont get good rating. if your a CF you need to shoot and dribble a lot.

i never knew the stats come down at 35... this sucks, i wanted to increase them as much as i could. i think there should be instead a age stat, that the higher it goes- the more it effects your game (less stamina, less speed...).
