The same. Keep backing off while pressing :square:, that way he basically has to shoot, if he doesn't you keep backing off a decent distance (assuming hes not TOO near the goal) waiting for your players to get back or a mistake e.g a slight touch too heavy where you can nick it back.

I back off, trying to cut out his passes whilst pressing :square: so one of the players also chase the guy with the ball. Works a lot of the time because he'll either have to go backwards, hoof it up there or have a run which usually results into them running into one of my players due to me...
