As mentioned in the "Team PESGaming" thread, it'll probably be like that for the next few days at least. The plan is to try Clubs tonight, but I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't running properly just yet.

I think controlling the GK in an online clubs match would be fun every once in a while, but playing through Career Mode as a 'keeper? No thanks. Especially after reading on the EA forums about the guys who have played 15 matches, 12 of which finished 0-0, because the AI vs. AI matches suck dick.

You can turn off the "manual pass" so to speak in the settings, so that you don't have to power them up yourself. I like controlling them myself though - yes, it's hard to master, but I know it's my fault if a pass doesn't go the way I wanted it to, which was a gripe of mine in other versions.

Are you talking about the demo here? Have you cancelled it and tried reinstalling?

This happens every year - FIFA has always gotten consistently great ratings from most places, regardless of how good the game is. They got a 10 last year (PS Magazine?) yet their Manager Mode was buggy and awful. There's no point in leaving FIFA's rating up for discussion in a PES...
