you should only replace the files that you have in the patches. wolf's patches dont require resizing of the afs file. check your PM too

you need to get the WE Picture Decoder. That will do most of the dirty work. You can also save it as an 8-bit png file. Also if you save it as a bmp as 24bit or something, then reopen it and try to save again you usually get thet 8 bit option.
