The jump from 3-4* is the biggest though. I think certain things about 5* do make it slightly more UNREALISTIC. The ref strictness, lack of space, other things that have been talked through already....Clearly this has to be done though and this is where the game is not so much a simulation...

Yeah. Yashin was first choice for me. Some of the others pick themselves; Beckenbauer has to be there somewhere. For me, Gento would be one of the other must-haves. Plus not many people remember him, so I guess he'd have an element of surprise ;)
