Yeah you probably can't get fired but for realism's sake, if you screw up you should take a lesser job. That's what I do - I treat it realistically.

Yep. I just ported Celtic by themselves! What I really love though is that I can port the Brazilian League from a Brazilian option file maker by itself so it's likely to be more accurate than anyone else. (Same for any other league as well)

By allowing us to individually update teams PES has allowed us to essentially combine option files and pick the best of the best. Is this the best option file situation we've ever had? I actually prefer this to batch uploading because we can pick and choose what we want.

Yep this is possible! You can import teams individually so essentially you can combine option files which is crazy awesome.
