In the Liga ZON Sagres thread there are the PES 2012 formulas of the Portuguese teams (except Beira-Mar, Estoril, Rio Ave and Setubal). You only have to convert these formulas into PES 2013 with the correct design numbers!

Hi, there are a few licensed teams in PES 2012 that disappear in PES 2013 (Leverkusen, Rubin Kazan, FC Basel, Standard Liege, Rosenborg BK,...). If I export them from PES 2012 and import them to PES 2013, will it be possible to edit the originally licensed kits?
