if you have win rar click on the file to open it you will see the update there click on that then go to extract file click desktop or any file where you will be able to find it. then you have to put it in the saved game folder that is if you are useing the pc version if you are not i'm not sure...

good question i do not know the answer to this but someone will be able to help you i'm sure. if not you could just try it. :)

i think it is just a matter of when you have a player like Henry and are running if you change direction fast he will just do it himself.
