What's your favorites PES4 patch on XBOX and why? What's the most recent patch for XBOX?

I have PES4 on my XBOX HD patched, and would like to know what option file I should use that has the most up to date transfers? Also, will the option file mess up the kits or anything, because I just want transfers?
