    Will Matthews' shot improve ?

    Hi all, Matthews is an awesome player but his shot is so poor (starts with something like shot acc. and tech ~55 ). Also, I don't know exactcly how it works, but his development curve looks awful. So I wanted to know if some of u guys hired him and suceeded in improving his shot ?
