If you are downloading the original Japanese unpatched un modded version then in theory you should be okay but you never really know what version or state the game may be in when you download. Would be frowned upon by a few i thinketh..... Buy the original an then patch it for fun!

Hmm can anyone confirm does this work with Swap magic 3.6? Followed a combination of the guide here and Kezz's in the tutorial section and when i try and play the game just get not a valid ps2 disc. Still only attempt 1 may try again later....

Thank you got it too work with WE:10 but no joy with FF XII im guessing the more it has to convert and with FFXII being a FMV heavy game it has difficulty. I only presume this becaus on WE:10 after conversion it sometimes stutters on the FMV intro scene a little bit.

Cheers its just the case of making the game PAL for myself im afraid. Wanted to play the slightly faster 60hz version of WE:10 but its seemingly not gonna happen until i get a new TV. Thank you for your help.

It works with Swap magic 3.6 You have to change the video mode to Pal as WE:10 is obviously an NTSC 60hz game if your T.V doesnt accept 50hz footage or plays it in black and white. The game will be slightly slower and you have to pull the screen down using the options function. Hope that...
