patch seems to be working for everything except championship teams. The emblems are correct, but the team name & player names are not. Still showing as the deafult D2 league names. Anyone else having this problem?

Anyone getting crashes? I'm able to setup my master league but after I confirm, game just hangs then crashes. Have tried two clean installs of game and patches but still the same. Any ideas? Cheers
