Not sure you can purchase it with an American address. Usually downloads from websites are only sold for that region. But let me know if you can. I may just get it myself!

To address your second question, yeah the PC version doesn't have a region because the English version is mainly sold in England and there is no US version. I don't make any OF because I don't have the time. With that, I know someone will make an OF for the US, but there may not be many...

Yes it can. The only caveat is that you can only play people from the UK. That is why I am going with the PC version. But no matter what you pick you should be fine.

Agreed! I get frustrated reading reviews which every year call Fifa the perfect game. But after I buy the game and play for a few weeks, I notice every freakin' bug that EA somehow didn't find. Plus the online exploits and patches that fixes one thing, but then breaks another. Classic EA...

Actually let me rephrase. After seeing the price in the states now -- from $49 a year ago to $59 this year -- I am moving back towards the PC version, which is much cheaper even as an import. So price is beginning to sway me!

Gamestop in the the US says Oct. 19, which is 11 days after the UK release, so not too bad in comparison to most years. If I were to order the UK version, I'd get it around the same time anyway -- although I still may get the PC version seeing that it is cheaper.
