what i do is use wepes studio go to settings click on the turn all colours opaque except transparent. Open the bmp and look on the bmp to see what bits need to be transparent click on the colours that need to be transparent in palette management. Then select A only then click set colours...

how do i insert kits with we studio , without getting problems with transparency
