I agree. This is really a pain! When fouled at a breakaway with no one to beat but the keeper, I would expect at least a yellow card shown!? :angry: By any referee's standard! But if you're "lucky" you have reached the pen area....:unsure:

How is that considered a "dirt goal"? Highly realistic if you ask me, it's the best way to stretch the D-line and create some space for your strikers in the box. It's all good.

I feel your pain. PES5 demands a LOT of patience. I find the through-ball passes almost useless; to witness interception after interception almost bring tears to my eyes. Even when I'm on the counter attack with 3 against 1 my players always either pass the ball to the D, behind my strikers, to...

I think the refs need to hand out more yellow cards! The COM can get away with almost anything while silly me tries to play it fair :angry: If you stop a dangerous counter-attack (by me) by fouling with your legs, hands or whatever available, then you NEED to get booked. Period.

I played them in my first ML match, no problem, beat them by comfortable 2-0. On 4* with Juventus that is :)

I really clicked on the second day for me. I had some initial problems with what formation to play to effectively put the most pressure on my opponents. After many 0-1/0-0 matches I found out that 4-2-1-3 (Juventus) suited me - and the players - perfectly :) From there I went onto a five game...

An offside trap is never as good as it is when executed by yourself :) I just love being able to decide when or if my D line should move up. Of course, when failed the opponents will have some scary breakaways :cool:
