this has happened to me before also, i think it depends on what age you buy them at. And no, i dont think you can see their growth charts unless you buy him. you can always start up a new master league game, match mode players and see from there though.

^ agree with original. Buy Maldini reborn when he's young and train him up, easily the best defender in the game after only a few seasons. Mine has 99 balance/defense, 98 response, 95 header/jump. Bonus is that he's got 8 for consistency and good with both feet.
