    actually you need an RGB capable socket on the tv, for a ps2 RGB cable to work... if you havn't got an RGB capable tv...then download the ntsc to pal patch and it should work on your tv

    have you actually tested pal to ntsc as the option is there but it is buggy and can cause the screen to roll like i said the ntsc to pal is perfect...for we 9 anyway but thats all i care

    The above file will work for ntsc to pal... but if you use pal to ntsc you will get a rolling screen... sorry!
