I've been watching a couple of goals in the gallery and I've noticed that before they do an overhead kick, they head the ball up in the air.

Is this done with the Black button/R2?

If not could someone tell me how.

Ive heard that if you chest the ball while holding R2 it will pop it up. I tried to do it in training for a little but I couldnt do it.
