The easiest way is to use either PES United or WE United and change their name, badge, kit and players. That's what they're there for.

If your not bothered about nationalties then edit over west ham, less players to have to create over, Loscov(RUS), Kokhlov(RUS), Izmailov(RUS), Ovchinikov(RUS), Ignasevitch(RUS) are all in the game anyway so it should be relitively easy.
