Why dont you just rip your existing copy of the game on to computer? or is that what you mean by not having a clean copy?

no i have a already patched version on CD but its not fully in english

and i need to translate the other menus

The only way to patch the game is to make an image of the game that you bought and then apply patches. You can't take patches off.
